Hello there! A Happy Hump Day to you!
I know it’s a little late in the day to post, but the day has really gotten away from me.
One moment it’s 8:00 am and the next it’s nearly time for the kids to come home from school!
It’s just been a really low energy day. You know what I mean? I felt (and pretty much behaved) like a sloth. I had intended to do “the stuff” today, but just never got around to it. At least, not yet.
In my defense, it was the first day in about a week and a half that I didn’t have anywhere I needed to be or anything I really needed to do. So, I pretty much hung out with the pups, watched uplifting videos, and recharged my battery. Which brings me around to the real reason I popped in this afternoon (beyond wanting to say “hi!”, of course).
I watched this wonderful video on Gaia entitled “Awake In the Dream” and found it to be very uplifting. In fact, by the end, I felt lighter than I have… Well… since yesterday (after the mindful breathing session I went to). lol But, there was so much good information in the movie that I just felt I needed to share it with you.
Now, I’m hoping this works. Gaia said there was no limit on the number of people that could watch the video (via my link) for FREE. The only thing is… it’s like renting a video. Once you start watching it, you’ll only have 48 hours to finish viewing it.
